Animal slaughtering

This process also takes place under the supervision of our specialists in First Meat slaughterhouse located near the loft. We decided to have the two units, slaughterhouse and loft, close to eachother in order to avoid the animals' stress, which could occur during long-distance transport and would cause a deterioration in the quality of meat.
The slaughterhouse is equiped with modern technology that optimizes the process and the employees were selected only after having proven to have professional training appropriate to the scope of activity. The activity is continuously monitored by the Sanitary Veterinary Directorate (VSD).

Our slaughterhouse benefits from modern technology with the possibility of
HALAL system slaughter and employees were selected based on a very rigorous process.
