Fattening farm
Lambs are fattened in our breeding farm with a capacity of 20.000 heads. We cover the most popular ovine breeds, „ţigaie”,” ţurcana”, „merinos”, which we purchase from breeding farms with great experience in these breeds. Animals get into the fattening cycle when they reach the 15-20 kg weight. Lambs are fattening in an intensive system, and observing the animal welfare.
The nutrition of ovine is based on a balanced lucerne and cereal mix, which guarantees the breeding up to 30-35 kg in a 60-day interval. After this period, the ovine reach the final product stage and can be distributed to our clients with the required layer of fat, either alive or slaughtered.
